YOU DON'T KNOW JACK is a fast-paced game where you are the contestant on a TV trivia game show. YOU DON'T KNOW JACK can be played by 1 to 3 players. The goal of YOU DON'T KNOW JACK is to rack up cash. If you're the player with the most cash at the end of the game, you're the winner.
This YOU DON'T KNOW JACK demo is a tasty little snack to whet your appetite for the real thing. Just follow the instructions below to install YOU DON'T KNOW JACK, and then prepare your skull for a gauntlet of irreverent trivia. The demo contains 5 questions. The retail version of YOU DON'T KNOW JACK includes more than 800 questions for over 20 hours of game play.

To run this demo your Macintosh computer must meet these minimum system requirements:

- QuickTime 2.1 and SoundManager 3.1 (included)

To install the demo, follow these instructions:
1. If you do not have QuickTime 2.1 and SoundManager 3.1 on your Macintosh, download the file "Install Extenstions for YDKJ" from our Web site. Once you have received the file double-click on "Install Extensions for YDKJ" to install QuickTime 2.1 and SoundManager 3.1. These extensions are required for the YOU DON'T KNOW JACK demo to run properly. After the install, please restart your Macintosh.
2. Double click on the self-extracting archive "JackDemo.sea" to extract the Macintosh demo.
3. Open the folder that contains the YOU DON'T KNOW JACK! demo.
4. Double click on "Jack Demo" to launch and play YOU DON'T KNOW JACK.
Playing the Game

Grab some friends, turn the volume all the way up and start the game. When you're asked to choose a category, press 1, 2, or 3 to make your selection. If You Snooze, I Choose - pick your category quickly or the host will choose one for you!
To play YOU DON'T KNOW JACK, you gotta be smart and you gotta be quick. Each player gets a buzzer - YOU DON'T KNOW JACK uses the Q, B and P keys on the keyboard. The first player to buzz in gets first crack at the question. Get the question right, and you get some cash. Get the question wrong, and you'll lose some cash. Questions are timed. You gotta buzz in before the timer runs out, so you gotta answer fast - no stalling allowed in this game.
